What we do

StudyRoster is a subscription software service (SaaS) for independent tutors and small tutoring centers. It replaces the usual mix of a calendar, a spreadsheet, a payment app, and manual reminder texts with one tool built for the way tutors actually work.

The product handles session scheduling, automatic email reminders to parents, invoicing, online card payments, session notes, and income and expense tracking with a tax-ready export, so the money side of tutoring runs itself and tax time is a download rather than a weekend.

What we sell

StudyRoster is sold as a monthly or annual subscription in three plans, all with unlimited students and every feature:

• Solo: $10 per month (or $96 per year), for independent tutors.
• Center: $30 per month (or $288 per year), for small practices with up to 5 tutors.
• Studio: $50 per month (or $480 per year), for centers with up to 15 tutors.

Who runs it

StudyRoster is built and operated by Andrew Tabb, a sole proprietor based in North Carolina, USA. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; StudyRoster never sees or stores your card details.
